TWA MD-80 cockpit at night

This was a VERY difficult picture to take. It required a special mount for the camera at the back of the cockpit. Using shutter remote I left shutter open for about 20 seconds, capturing both the instrument lights plus the slights of Manhatten streaking below. A flash at the beginning of the shot illuminated the inside of the cockpit.
