The top picture is actually a composite. The cockpit photo was taken in one of TWA's simulators in St. Louis while I was going through 767 training, and the view of the sky beyond was taken out the window during a transcon flight. Amazing what one can do with computers! It is, by the way, a 767-231 cockpit.
