Falkirk Wheel

The Falkirk wheel is quite an engineering marvel built to celebrate the Millennium. It replaced (I believe) eleven of the 28 locks connecting Glasgow and Edinburgh. We took a canal boat ride, walked to a Roman fort, found a geocache then had lunch before moving on to the next stop.
