Marriott Resort & Spa, Bangkok

We arrived in Bangkok, found a cab and made our way to the Marriott I booked - which turned out to be a lovely hotel right on the river! (The view above was taken from the hotel ferry) After check in we proceeded to the hotel restaurant, located right on the river, where there was an incredible buffet as well as a dinner show. (below)

The dinner show included Thai dances and a spectacular martial arts demonstration. After dinner we paused to have our picture taken by the stone elephants that flanked the restaurant's entrance. (below)

Every corner of the hotel had orchids in it. The orchids below were in a garen next to the pool.
