Vinegar Valley

Further south I stopped after crossing a river to take in the scenery. A sign at the lookout point declared it to be the Vinegar Valley, and offered a what is apparently an interesting view of local geology. Having just endured a broken seatbelt, a four way fight broken up with Mom in the back only to report she could not ride there without getting sick on account of the VERY twisty and turny road down into and out of the river valley, I was not in a mood to anything more than take a quick picture. I did, however, photograph the sign explaining all the interesting geology, and someday I'll read it!
