After deicing we taxied out to the runway behind another 190. It didn't take long for him to get covered with snow. turns out we were covered too! So it was back to the deicing pad for both of us. Half way through the second deicing, and 2.5 hours after we originally pushed, it was clear the deicers could not keep up with the snow. We headed back to the gate and the flight cancelled.
